Meet The Team

I first met Alex when I became his key worker at a respite care home when he was five or six years old. Over the years we have kept in touch and in recent years he has enjoyed coming over to stay with me for his respite breaks.
Me and Alex have a great relationship. We have similar interests like fishing, shooting and being outdoors.
I love working with Alex on his gardening venture, it just what we both need. For Alex to have opportunities to work on jobs where he achieves well and develops skills that will enable him to reach his full potential. For me its great exercise and good to be outside in the fresh air doing something worthwhile with someone who is great company and so very motivated to work hard.
